Yellow Fin Tuna Sashimi with Chilli & Soy

Ingredients

200gm AAA Saku Tuna

Baby Tatsoi Leaves, to serve

Chilli & Soy Dressing

2 tbls Lao Gan Ma

5 tbls Soy

1 tsp Toasted White Sesame Seeds

1 tsp Toasted Black Sesame Seeds

Method

Remove the tuna from its packaging and pat dry with paper towel.

Slice the tuna with a very sharp knife in slices approximately 5mm thick, arrange on serving plates.

To make the dressing, place the Lao Gan Ma, soy and sesame seeds in a small bowl and whisk well.

Serve the dressing with the tuna and garnish with the baby tatsoi leaves.

Lao Gan Ma is a chilli condiment that can be found in Asian grocers
