You Need:
- 1 pack Marinara Seafood
- 375g spaghetti
- 800g canned, diced Italian tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil, generous drizzle
- salt & pepper
- chilli to taste
- grated parmesan to taste
Method:
- Bring tomatoes to boil in a saucepan
- Add seafood and chilli (optional)
- Simmer 5 minutes until seafood is just cooked through
- Drizzle generously with oil, stir and season to taste
- Stir through hot cooked pasta and serve topped with grated parmesan to taste
Suggestion: Make Risotto Marinara with same seafood sauce.
