Spaghetti Marinara

You Need:

  • 1 pack Marinara Seafood
  • 375g spaghetti
  • 800g canned, diced Italian tomatoes
  • extra virgin olive oil, generous drizzle
  • salt & pepper
  • chilli to taste
  • grated parmesan to taste

Method:

  1. Bring tomatoes to boil in a saucepan
  2. Add seafood and chilli (optional)
  3. Simmer 5 minutes until seafood is just cooked through
  4. Drizzle generously with oil, stir and season to taste
  5. Stir through hot cooked pasta and serve topped with grated parmesan to taste

Suggestion: Make Risotto Marinara with same seafood sauce.
