You Need:
- 1 pack Skinless Salmon
- 4 tablespoons Asian plum sauce
- 1 1/2 cups glutinous or jasmine rice, steamed
- 1 bunch each choy sum and buk choy
- oyster sauce
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160C degrees
- Brush salmon generously with plum sauce
- Bake on an oiled oven tray for 6 minutes- do not over cook
- Serve with steamed rice and Asian greens dressed with oyster sauce
Suggestions: Stir fry Asian greens with soy sauce and fresh ginger. Serve with chilli paste with soya bean oil or roasted chilli jam from your Asian supermarket
