You Need:
- 1 pack Garlic Prawns
- 30 (125g) bagelettes/melba toast, one for each prawn
- 150g black olive tapenade
- 150g roasted capsicum
- black olives, sliced
- basil/parsley leaves to garnish
Method:
- Gently pan-fry prawns for 1-2 minutes until just turned pink
- Top half of the bagelettes with 1/2 tablespoon of roasted capsicum ead the other half with 1/2 tablespoon of olive tapenade
- Top each bagelette with a garlic prawn and garnish with parsley, basil or black olives
Suggestions: Try with basil pesto or creamy danish feta
