Sweet Chilli and Lime Calamari Salad

You Need:

  • 1 pack of Chilli Garlic Calamari
  • 150-200g mixed salad leaves
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1/2 cup snowpeas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • fresh coriander/basil/mint to taste
  • Dressing: 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce + 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice + 3/4 teaspoon fish sauce

Method:

  1. Use high heat in a wok or BBQ plate to very quickly stir fry calamari 30-40 seconds until just coloured
  2. Toss immediately through combined salad ingredients
  3. Dress with whisked dressing
