You Need:
- 1 pack of Chilli Garlic Calamari
- 150-200g mixed salad leaves
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1/2 cup snowpeas, sliced
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- fresh coriander/basil/mint to taste
- Dressing: 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce + 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice + 3/4 teaspoon fish sauce
Method:
- Use high heat in a wok or BBQ plate to very quickly stir fry calamari 30-40 seconds until just coloured
- Toss immediately through combined salad ingredients
- Dress with whisked dressing
