You Need: (Serves 4)
- 8 cooked crabs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Lime & Chilli Dressing
- 2 fresh red chillies, seeded and finely sliced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
To make dressing, place chillies, lime juice, oil and black pepper to taste in a screwtop jar. Shake well to combine.
Remove crab meat from shells- reserve shells and claws for garnish, if desired.
Roughly chop crab meat. Place meat and parsley in a bowl. Pour over dressing. Toss to combine.
