You Need: (Serves4)
- 4 x 150g pieces ocean trout
- 1/4 cup Ketjap Manie (Indonesian soy sauce)
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Combine the soy and sesame oil. Brush generously over the fish on both sides and place onto a side plate. Cook the ocean trout on a pre-heated grill, BBQ or under the grill on a medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes each side depending on thickness. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
