You Need: (Serves 4)
- 1.5kg green bugs
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
Method:
Cut the bugs lengthwise with the shell side down and break open to expose flesh. Add garlic, pepper, lemon juice and dill to the melted mutter.
Preheat grill.
Brush the mixture over the exposed flesh and place on grill for 7-10 minutes brushing regularly with the butter.
When cooked through, serve with a salad
This recipe may be cooked on the BBQ or in a hot oven for 10 minutes
