You Need: (Serves 4)
- 500g whiting fillets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablspoon flour
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 250ml sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dill tips
- seasons to taste
Method:
Melt butter in a deep pan and add flour. Stir until bubbly, gradually add stock. Stir constantly until thickened.
Add sour cream, lemon juice, dill and seasonings to taste; simmer gently.
Add fish filelts to sauce and cook until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork, approximately 10-15 minutes.
