- 24 oyster in the shell
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- lemon juice
- chopped parsley
Place oysters on grill pan.
Sprinkly each oyster with salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chopped bacon, 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook under hot grill until bacon is crisp.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
